Primary Talent Partners, a leading staffing firm, and Omni Inclusive, an inclusive & sustainable workforce solutions company, are thrilled to launch the Contingent Workforce Inclusion Council (CWIC), a staffing supplier-based council aimed at driving the adoption of justice, diversity, equity, & inclusion (JDE&I) recruitment and retention strategies within the contingent workforce industry.

In an era where diversity and inclusion have become integral components of any thriving organization, Primary Talent Partners and Omni Inclusive have recognized the need for a collective effort to make JDE&I not just a differentiator but the norm in the contingent workforce ecosystem.
