In early spring 2025, Soles for STEM Midwest connected workforce industry partners, educators, and students from the Detroit community for a hands-on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) engagement experience that left a lasting impact. Spearheaded by Primary Talent Partners (PTP) in collaboration with Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) and CODE313, the event aimed to demonstrate the transformative power of partnership in driving meaningful community engagement.

Together, the collaborators acted as a force multiplier, deepening industry relationships while equipping students with exposure, resources, and belief in their potential.

The mission was clear: create a memorable, empowering STEM experience for students from various backgrounds and foster lasting collaboration between the workforce, education, and local communities. Held at CODE313's headquarters, the event involved STEM activities designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and positively associate the world of science and technology with a tangible reward, a sneaker gift card. In total, 30 students received $75 gift cards, and two graduating seniors were awarded $2,500 scholarships to support their college journeys.
