In continuation of these updates, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Martin as Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, for Primary Talent Partners.

Martin, a contingent workforce industry veteran, started her career in 2006, working directly with candidates and contractors, onboarding and recruiting at TekSystems. She has held various roles in staffing, MSP, VMS, Sales, and Operations throughout her career. Being named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 Under 40 list in 2017 and SIA’s Global Power 150 list of women in staffing, Martin has been an active industry leader, working with enterprise clients on creating and evolving their contingent workforce programs and non-employee workforce strategies.

From developing global staff augmentation programs, SOW MSP practices, and DEI strategies for Fortune 500 companies, Martin’s role with PTP will enable clients and partners to better navigate the changing world of work while promoting diversity and inclusion and elevating minority businesses and underrepresented talent for a more inclusive workforce and supply chain.
